Royal Coatings LLC – Refunds & Returns Policy
At Royal Coatings LLC, we specialize in providing high-quality coatings and exceptional service to our customers. We understand that shipping, returns and exchanges are important aspects of your purchasing experience. Therefore, we have established the following policy to ensure a hassle-free process for our customers.
Shipping
We offer reliable shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and the selected carrier. Please note that shipping is free for orders over $3,000, providing you with added value for your larger coating purchases.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as money back for pigmented coatings. Once a pigmented coating has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of pigmented coatings are final.
Returns
For all other coatings, such as primers, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The coating must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving the product. The return must be approved by our team before it is sent back. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@royal-coatings.com or call us at (678) 390 0871. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the coating cost less the restocking fee. Refunds for approved returns will be issued as money back. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping on Returns
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the coating. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance for the value of the product. Royal Coatings LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are damaged or do not meet our return policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for coatings that are not pigmented, but the customer must cover the shipping costs to return the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receiving the product. The return must be approved by our team before it is sent back. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@royal-coatings.com or call us at (678) 390 0871. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the exchange coating to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective coating, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund in the form of money back if necessary. Please keep the original packaging and product for inspection, and do not discard or return the product until directed by our team.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of placing the order if the coating has not been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the customer must follow the return policy to receive a refund less the restocking fee.
